Just a very personable experience, you can tell there is actual care in the interactions. Also in the work ethic of his team or collaborators he works with. I like the fact when you work with Riley there is a whole team that is set up for you to work with. Everyone actually communicates with one another. I honestly was hesitant at first since this was my 1st time on my own buying a home, but I didn’t have any bad experiences. I also like the fact that Riley and his team do not make you feel dumb when you have any questions or need more clarification on some terminology that you are just not used to. It also helped that everyone was flexible and willing to take phone calls after 5 p.m. Not everyone has the luxury of just working bank hours, there is no way I could feel comfortable buying a home without this flexibility. Riley and his team earned my respect for them as a whole, and I hope they continue to be successful in their career and their passion on helping people finding a place to call home. – Kessandra W.
