We just purchased our second home using Riley’s services from Movement Mortgage. The first time we found him last-minute after our mortgage company mishandled our loan for the 1031 exchange criteria. Riley saved the day with a speedy loan that met all the legal criteria. We recently sold that home and used Riley again with our next 1031 exchange. This one too had a last-minute hiccup (not on Riley’s end) and he was able to resubmit the loan and get it approved just hours before closing, again saving the day. His knowledge is vast and he is an excellent communicator, frequently responding to texts and calls immediately despite odd hours. We cannot recommend Riley Chase enough. He is courteous, cheerful and possesses a can-do attitude that he backs up with action. Thank you, Riley (and Terri!).
